How can I buy your products?
If you’re a collector, please contact your local collectibles store and ask them to order the product for you. If you’re the owner of a collectibles store and would like to carry our products, please contact your collectibles distributor or become a direct account with us.
Why do you cut up historical documents?
We are very careful in curating the documents that we select to use in our products. We do not intend to destroy any documents or pieces with tangible historic value. Our goal is to be able to expand the reach of every document. Therefore, giving more people the opportunity to touch and own pieces of the past…including the autographs.
How long do I have to wait for my redemption to ship?
We know that collectors hate redemptions…we do too. However, whenever there is a redemption in one of our products it is for a good reason. The primary reason that some of our products have redemptions is because the item being redeemed could not fit in the packaging. So, what does this mean? Typically, when you acquire a redemption card from us, we can ship the item within 48 business hours.
